My First Custom Order: A Joyful Journey into Crochet Plushies

I can hardly contain my excitement as I share my latest milestone: I received my first custom order! As someone who sells crochet plushies, I often found myself wondering if people would actually be interested in my creations. Pricing has been a challenge too; it’s tough to gauge what folks are willing to pay for handmade items. But this week, everything changed!

It all started when a lady from work noticed some pictures I had posted on my Facebook page. She loved them so much that she wanted to order three crochet cats that resembled her own furry friends. This was a huge moment for me—someone was not only interested in my work but also willing to pay for it!

When I brought the finished cats into the office, the response was overwhelmingly positive. The excitement was contagious! Two other colleagues expressed interest in buying some crochet cats as well. Seeing the joy my creations brought to everyone was incredibly rewarding. It lit up the room and instantly elevated everyone’s mood. I felt like I had created something special that resonated with people.

The best part? I now have two more orders for crochet cats lined up! This experience has ignited a fire in me to keep creating and exploring my craft. Knowing that I can bring joy to others through my work is the best reward I could ask for.
